Because of its high conductivity properties, there is no need to `blind bake' and food can be frozen and defrosted efficiently which is an additional benefit.

In common with many high-quality products, anodised and silver anodised bakeware should never be put in the dishwasher. Simply wash in hot soapy water and dry thoroughly.
