What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental US. For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee of $6.95 applies. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
What is your return policy for cookware and kitchen tools?
We want you to love your culinary gear! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I care for my premium cast iron and stainless steel pans?
To prolong the life of your cookware, we highly recommend hand washing with warm water and a gentle soap. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads or putting cast iron items in the dishwasher. For specific seasoning and care tips, please refer to the care guide included with your product.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or broken?
Kitchenware can be fragile, and we take great care in packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will issue a replacement immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Abraxas Cookshop ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not offer worldwide international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the near future.
